I am a high school Social Studies teacher, wife & mom to Henry (4) & Sally (1) living in Metro Detroit Michigan. I have always loved books and discussing them, but not everyone wants to listen. This blog is me shouting into the abyss hopefully attracting fellow book lovers.

Favorite authors include: John Updike, J.D. Salinger, Stewart O’Nan, David Sedaris, Sarah Vowell, Cormac McCarthy and an every growing list.
